This means you can:

Why We Built This

One of the most common requests from teachers, trainers, and event hosts was:

“Can I share my game code before the event begins?”

Previously, a join code was only available after launching a game.

This made it difficult to:

How It Works

Step 1: Open Your Quiz

Navigate to any quiz you own.

You’ll see a new Schedule button.

Step 2: Reserve Your Join Code

Click Schedule and lock your unique 6-digit code.

TriviaMaker reserves this code exclusively for your quiz.

Step 3: Share With Participants

Copy the code or share the QR code.

Participants can enter the code before the event begins.

Step 4: Start the Quiz

When you’re ready, click Launch Quiz.

Participants waiting for the game will automatically join.

What Participants See

If someone enters the join code before you’ve started the quiz, they’ll see a friendly message letting them know the quiz hasn’t started yet.

Once you launch the game, they’ll automatically join the lobby without entering the code again.
