Q. Does the monthly/yearly subscription auto-renew?

A. Yes. Unless you cancel the subscription from your account screen, or send us an email saying you’d like to cancel your account, your subscription will auto-renew either monthly or yearly depending on your subscription. 

Q. If I upgrade to a Premium Account, will the premium features be unlocked on my device, regardless of which account I sign in to?

A. No. Purchasing a Premium Account unlocks the premium features for ONE account. Think of it like Netflix. If you download the Netflix app, its features only work if you’re signed in to a paid Netflix account. Our app works the same way. You must do a trivia maker login with a premium account to access the premium features.

Q. Can premium features be transferred to a different account/email address?

A. Yes, but at this time, these requests are handled manually by our customer service team. Please contact us if you need assistance in transferring your account features to a different email address.
