iOS App : If you have subscribed to TriviaMaker using the iOS application, you can cancel your subscription follow steps as mentioned: Get Going.

The TriviaMaker Premium plan prices are different depending on which pricing plan you choose: Montly – $6.99 Yearly – $19

Yes, but at this time, these request are handled manually by our customer service team. Please contact us if you need assistance in transferring your account features to a different email address.

Yes. Unless you cancel the subscription from your account screen, or send us an email saying you’d like to cancel your account, your subscription will auto-renew either monthly or yearly depending on your subscription.

If you are still running in 7 days refund period, you can request a refund. To get a refund, first of all you need to cancel your existing subscription and email us on support@triviamaker.com with the subject line “Refund request”. Please note that our 7 days refund policy is only applicable for purchases via the website.

However, for enterprise accounts, there is 7 days trial period available. There is no refund policy for the Enterprise account.
